The carnivores' bouchon is the unmissable meeting place for fans of meat! Here meat is definitely king: beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, offal… they all feature on our menu. Fancy a prime rib of beef, an entrecote steak grilled right in front of you, no problem! You'd prefer flamed kidneys, and for Madam a fillet of beef or chicken in cream sauce, here we have something for everyone, whether raw or cooked, served with the sauce of their choice and a range of sides: fresh French fries, homemade mashed potatoes, green beans or Provencal tomatoes. Unless you'd prefer a salad, it's entirely up to you. And if you'd like to try a Lyonnais speciality: the andouillettes and quenelles have pride of place on our menu.
Our decor is modelled on an old-style butchery, where every detail counts. We are open from Monday to Sunday from midday to 11 pm non-stop, and our atmosphere is warm and welcoming!
